The 3d model was exported in fbx format from the blender. Then I ran 3ds max and opened the file. However, when you open the fbx file, the 3d model has no shape and only small unknown objects with lights and cameras and rig written on them appear. What should I do?

export from blender in .obj format and import. That should work.

How can I get a rig model from the blender? The blender rig model found on Google is for pose only, so even if exported on fbx or obj, it works strangely at 3ds max.

Why not clone a similar EA object and import the mesh leaving the EA rig?
