Hi this is my first time posting ever and my first time making clothing so I am very very new to this I made this dress and it looks fine in blender and in sims 4 studio but in game it looks like this: Does anyone know why this is and how I can fix it? I'm willing to share the package should I need to. Any help is extremely appreciated. Thank you!!!!!

It looks like a weight or uv_1 problem but you will need to share the package as well as your blend file for anyone to know 100%.

Most likely weights. You must have created vertices that have no or wrong vertex group values. We would need to see the blend file

yeah, weights are causing this - enable sync; - press B to active box selection and select this whole uv island; - in 3d view press P and choose Selection to separate it; - unfold rig, make top visible and selectable, select it, Shift-select the separated meshgroup; - switch to Weight paint, choose Transfer weights; - if you're using Blender 2.76 or any newer version, set it as in the pic and use Clean tool; - join s4studio_mesh_1.001 and s4studio_mesh_1 together with Ctrl J
