Problems with mattress disappearing

I've run Veranka's Hemnes mattresses through the latest batch fix for Cats n Dogs, it said it fixed it and it vanishes as soon as I click to place it... my game is fully patched and I've even repaired it, but still no luck getting it to work.  Is there something else I need to do?

Another thing, I thought the Pets EP patch fixed 'Debug' on cc but the mattress recolor I got to go with the Veranka's Hemnes mattress has 'Debug'.  Its driving me nuts, I've spent all yesterday afternoon redownloading and googling every way I can think of to try to get this to work!
