I've imported the texture for the flower and its right in s4s but in game the flower takes the hairs texture

Ok I opened your file and saw that you mapped the flower in the "hair" section, hence why it is taking the hair texture.
The solution is simple: both in blender (or whatever 3d modeling software you use) and in your texture you have to change the location to the "hat" section as seen here.

Hey, sorry for taking so long to respond, like the user above said, your texture is in the hair area, you are probably converting an accessory from a hair to a hat, you need to re-arrange the UV layout to fit the hat area, and re-bake the textures You can follow my tutorial for this, I just wrote it and i used your mesh and texture so you can just follow along
