Hi everyone!
i tried to make this as simple as possible, hope you learn something!
What you'll need:
Sims 4 Studio
Blender

1. Open sims 4 studio and select 'Create 3D Mesh' and then click cas

2.Find a hair you want to convert. Select all the swatches or just shift+click on the hair. Click next when you've selected all the swatches, name the file

3. It will show a female adult model but we want a female child. change to warehouse, its right next to studio

4. on the left youll see all the swatches, on the right you'll see the age category

5. deselect everything and only select 'child' and 'female'. do this for all swatches. Save the file when you're done, then click cancel

6. click on your package file again

7. youll probably still will be in the warehouse section, so change back to studio

8. when you are in studio mode you should have a child model and the hair you want to convert floating. youll be in the texture section, change to mesh and then export the mesh. Name and save the blend file

9. open your file in blender on your right you should see 's4studio_mesh_1', 's4studio_mesh_2' and 's4studio_mesh_3'. There are these upside down triangles, right click and a little box will appear then select 'select'. do this with all 3 triangles

10. when youve selected the triangles 3 arrows will appear (blue, green and red) with those you can move the mesh around (ive wrote which direction they go in the picture above). With the blue arrow move the hair down (click the blue arrow and drag it down)

11. next to where it says Globol are 3 arrow modes click on the far right one and now you have more customisation. Play around in blender with the arrows

12. When youre happy with the hair click file and then save

13. go back to sims 4 studio and import your mesh

14. when youve imported the mesh youre almost done! test it ingame and make some changes in blender if needed

15. when the hair looks good in game youre done!
Hope you liked the tutorial! If you have any problems and you've followed the tutorial just let me know!
