Hi! I was hoping I could figure out this issue myself but after trying everything I could think of I'm afraid I'm at a bit of a loss 😅😅 I've been finishing up my advent items, but just one of them has been having this ongoing issue in which the thumbnails that appear in the CAS catalogue is half obscured, with the colour of the swatch appearing over the clothes like this: Once I leave CAS the sim's family portrait has the same distortion appearing over the sim and, once in live mode, the sim's images at the bottom of the screen look like this: There seems to be no problem with how the item looks on the sim itself, there's no weird distortion as the sim walks around or interacts or anything like that, as seen here: The problem seems exclusive to the pictures and I can't figure it out what's happening!! There's been no issues like this with any of the other items I've been working on for this collection so it's super frustrating I'm hoping someone can help! I've included the blender file and package below. The item should have all LODS, shadow, spec and bump maps! 🤗 Oh! I should note that I have tried the 'clear thumbnail cache' option several times but I'm afraid it hasn't worked. Blender FilePackage File

Hi. The meshgroups in the blend you import in the package must have the same vertex groups as the original ones that are being replaced. The mesh you use to transfer the weights and the mesh in the package you replace have to be the same. You transferred the weights from a full-body outfit but cloned a top to start a package. What you can try is clone this item ( has one meshgroup and skirt bones ), delete all vertex groups from your coat, re-transfer them from this dress, delete the dress, save, import the blend back into the cloned dress package, change category to top.

It looks like this method worked! 😁😁😁 I tested it out even before messing with the weights and it worked to just import the mesh onto the dress and then save as a top. I've used full body outfits as a base for tops before and imported them onto a top mesh and never ran into this issue so I would have never figured this out myself, thank you so much for helping me out, I really appreciate it! 🤗🤗

This issue is an odd one, it happens to some and does not happen to other. No idea what is the key factor here
