How can I make transparent clothing?(solved)

hello, I'm a beginner of making CC.

I'm trying to make transparent clothing, but it is hard for me....(also English too lol)

I'm following the tutorial of sims4studio.com/thread/16685/add-transparency-clothing-adding-new
but in step 4, I have a problem.

I edited Region map as described. but when I re-imported the mesh, there are no change.
