So i'm wondering if it's possible for the hairs that have both female and male seperate packages... if you can use the textures from the OTHER sex's hair so I can save on the size of the files (especially basegame)

Hi. Could you please elaborate? Did you clone a hairstyle for one frame, exported textures, tried importing them in a package of the same hairstyle but for a different frame, but it did not work? Were uvs laid out differently?

One of my old tricks, I'm constantly do, but I only know how to do with CAS content, not objects.
Have one of your packages, like the parent file, this will actually contain the textures it will obviously be the largest file of them all and to make life much easier, temporary make a copy of the file and place it in your C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\Documents\Sims 4 Studio\Mods\ Folder. Now find the texture(s) you want to reuse in the Warehouse which will be a RLE 2 file and Copy it's instance number. Now on a on any slave package create or edit an existing swatch (CAS Part) Now in the Warehouse, scroll or search for DiffuseMap, then in the Instance Box overwrite the old Instance with the one you just copied, now you must delete the orphan texture also (as you won't be needing it).
Now you can Save it, Close it and reopen it, and then you can preview it without even having to load up the game, if you already pasted a copy of the parent package in the S4S Mods folder.
While it's incredibly economical, (I have managed to reduce filesizes more than 75% in many cases), downside if you ever remove/delete the parent package, you also break all the slave packages.
But in my case, when I finished and happy with the results, I like to Merge all the slaves along with the parent package, so you can never be left with broken CC.
