Hey all! I'm back from a short hiatus, and I'm working on some more animal things in my free time, but is there something I can do to fix this? one side is textured, but it seems the otherside is not. Any ideas? imgur.com/a/azb1Fnb

Hi. Faces have front and back sides. Right now only the front side is being rendered in the viewport. While you can disable Backface culling to see the other side, it will have no effect in s4s and the game. If there are faces in these areas, you just need to select them and flip normals ( Mesh - Normal - Flip normals ). You can try selecting everything with A and Mesh - Normal - Recalculate outside. If there is nothing there, you need to actually create the other side with Mesh - Face - Solidify / by Extruding/ by duplicating.

Just Change DoubleSided variation from 0 to 1 in LODs and Model's Meshes to enable it in game

sigma1202 PLEASE SHARE HOW 😭😭😭😭😭!!! warehouse tab terrifies me, i tried the way asketo explained, but there was no "phong", although i did not check if there is more than one "lods" button 🤔 By the way, while we are on this topic, has anyone checked if there is a way of enabling transparency like that of objects, not CAS items, like, not by changing shader to Simglass?

So you enter the warehouse and select a geometry and go to the data tab, (you will probably have to do it for each geoemetry) under materials --> items, click on edit items Now click on add, select the newly added entry, where it says field change it to "double sided" and then change the value to 1 Now just save everything and it should work :) about that transparency question, I am experimenting right now, ill let you know if I manage to do something :p

THANK YOU!!! Would be really great if you could make a short tutorial or just repost this in CAS tutorial section of this forum so that more people know 😭🙏 imagine how dramatically it could reduce alpha hair polycount!!
Edit: I tried and cannot seem to make it work.
I removed a few faces from a base game mesh, added DoubleSided, changed value to 1, saved it. Did not work. Tried with a different mesh, did the same + changed for other lods, still didn't work. Is there anything missing? Here's a package
