sims 4 studio hair issue?

sorry in advance if this is not the correct place to ask this but I was trying to add some pretty custom hair into my sims 4 studio and I'm very much new to this but every hair that i put into my s4s all come out with this like thick yellow outlines all over, what am i doing wrong, how can i get the hair to look how it is meant to. any help or advice would be greatly appreciated :3
