When he sits, his arms get stuck way out far. When he wears boots, the top halves disappear... And if he wears tall boots, the textures overlap, too. :x What the heck did I do wrong here?

Hi. You assigned wrong cut numbers. Clone the same item you started a package from, export its blend file, open it, and check what cut numbers what meshgroups have. The counting usually starts from the bottom. I assume your item is made of 4 meshgroups, the lowest ( like, from feet to head ) should have 0000, the highest 0003 If fixing it will not fix slot rays, in s4s run Tools - Modding - Fix slot rays
