I've had meshes do this before, but the problem in the past is that I didn't know to fully erase the old mesh. I did this time, there's only the mesh I need showing up in blender. It looks great in Blender, but does flicker a bit in S4S. Package/blend files.

Your mesh isn't split correctly. The item you have used as a base has three mesh groups. The mesh you are importing has only one. When you import your mesh the group with the same cut number is getting altered but the other two groups are being left alone because you are not giving studio anything to import to them. This means that the full body is still being left inside the outfit. If you export any of the meshes from your package again you can see that the full body is still there. You cannot just delete groups from an outfit. This outfit is split into three groups so that it will work correctly when wearing different types of footwear. From looking at the newly exported mesh, group 1 should be the lower shin area of the leg, group 2 should be the body and upper legs, and group 3 should be the calves.

I've made meshes like this before and there's never been an issue with the cuts.

You could either start a package from a new base item that only has a single mesh group, such as the full body lingerie and import your mesh there, or you would need to split your mesh into the correct groups and assign the correct cut numbers.
