A hair I converted for personal use doesnt show up, Only the hairline for it shows in cas but when I put on any hat it shows up?? This is so strange because it also shows the "example" mesh when I import the blend file into S4S yet in CAS neither of them are there... What did I do wrong?? hair without a hat on, the hair is invisible here. Hair with a hat on , Very visible (and I obviously need to make some adjustments to it size wise lol) My blend file is here

Your cut numbers are wrong and you don't have enough mesh groups. Hairstyles are made up a three meshes; full hair, hat shape 1, and hat shape 2. Since you have only made the full hair Studio is only able to replace a single group when you import it. Clone another EA hairstyle and take a look at the mesh in blender without making any edits to it to see how your hair file should be set up. You will also need to fix your weights as some of them are assigned in the wrong place, like the tips of the hair being assigned to the head.

I really wasnt planning on hat chopping since most hairs that I've downloaded from other creators that were converted from the same game arent hat chopped plus I don't use hats anyway... Do you think I could just duplicate the same full hair and that'd work?

Yes, that's how you do it. All hair blend files must have 3 meshgroups, each with different cut number ( 0000,0001,0002)
