Henlo frens, me again I'm currently trying to create new dishes for the first time so far I'm having this fried bananas: now to my question: how do I tell the game what kind of fruit is needed to make this dish? like when a sim has a banana it will be used to make this dish and that cheaper as usual and how do I make it possible that my sims can cook it?

You need to create recipe tuning for your food. This will tell the game what ingredients can be used as part of it. I don't kno whow to make new recipies though, only how to edit existing ones.

You will indeed need to write a recipe. I think you are working on the tutorial now.
Extra help -
Leniad_gardenFruitGENBananaFruit hex 0x5A10AA9B decimal 1511041691
Use the decimal in the recipe.

You could always extract the recipe of an EA food and see how they are set up.
