Sims stand in idle animation after making poses

Hi. I've been having problems with blender and s4s recently. I can make a pose in blender with no problem and import it into s4s and save it as a package file. But when I go into the game and play the pose through the pose list, my sims won't pose and will stand still doing the idle animation. I gave the blender files to a friend to try and package through s4s but they have no problems and it works fine, even when they send it back to me as a .package so I am confused as to why it won't work for me.

(PS all other poses that aren't mine work fine in my game)
