I'm Mani, long time simmer. First time modder. I want to make music subculture related mods because sims 4 is lacking in the rock star career path department.
I am, an adult years old. And I work a lame job that sucks mostly but I'm excited to learn about modding! My coworker kind of birthed the idea, in passing he said: "it's easy to make mods and cc." I was like, sounds incorrect but I'm gonna try anyways.

Hi I am female, scientist, love to program Python and help out. Just Favorited TS4 in 2019 Welcome! It's great to have you here with a great skillset! Using S4S doesn't necessarily require you to know how to work with Python, but it is a great skill if you plan on making big mods! I hope you have a wonderful time on this site! I absolutely agree that Sims 4 has been really lacking in rock star career paths (I don't think any sims game has really pursued that beyond the singers in Sims 3 Showtime and music production in Sims 4 Get Famous). It's a really ambitious task to tackle but anything is possible! That being said, S4S is mostly a tool used for editing / creating clothes and objects in the game rather than making mods for the game itself. Because of this, you might not find a lot of helpful resources that would help you create a mod like the one you mentioned, even though there are creators who make similar things on this website. I would check out Mod the Sims and look at the tutorials over there for help. Still, S4S is an amazing tool for custom content creation. While I might not call it "easy" per say, with a little bit of help, you can be a modding wizard in no time! I'm so with you on the hibernation thing. I always go back and forth with hiatuses with playing the game. However, I find that modding has been a great way to bring me back to playing it more often! Hello everyone. Please forgive me for my lack of knowledge. I have never used cc or mods on Sims4 before and I am having a very hard time figuring out how to install any of them. I went onto a tumblr site given to me from a simmer friend and I do not understand. I want poses, make up etc. I tried to download pose player aka studio and no luck. Please help me. Thank you very much:)

Hello, this is a forum to introduce yourself but to install cc you have to activate the custom content tab of your game, to download from tumblr you can trust ccfinds or search # s4cc in the tumblr search bar, watch videos about cc also help in tumblr ccfinds recommed by tags: love4sims4.tumblr.com and others also sims4updates or sims4downloads to search for content to search in tumblr you just have to do this:  you will enter any blog will enter any blog, you will give in the name of the person and the blog will appear in small and here:  you will enter into a blog any, you will give in the name of the person and the blog will appear in pequeñito, usually if you click on his tumblr name again the blog will open completely but there are times it does not work but the blog in small if and also in pinterest there is a lot of content(with ccfinds) not only in tumblr is the content, here there are studios in creator studios: sims4studio.com/board/33/creator-studiosthere are a lot of workshops you have where to choose my favorites are msqsims, sims4nexus ,ahappylucky, giuletta (and chester wardrobe) ou also have to have the game in the latest version because creators sometimes update their content in blogs for example, in modthesims, thesimsresource in the theme of poses, I do not use poses now because I'm always creating sims in the cas, I hope someone can help you with that theme Asian blogs haha If you did not understand something, write me on my tumblr there are videos to install personalized content on youtube |

I'm sorry that you're having issues with launching the Studio. I can't really help you out here but you made the right decision to ask for help. If I were you, I would use our search feature and look to see if anyone else has encountered the same problem as you in either the Creator Help section or the General Chat. Best of luck! |

Hello! I'm, uh, not very good at modding ( yet), but I am currently learning how to code, so there's a start. I'm an avid fan of The Sims 2 and 4, but my true passion is writing. I can talk hours upon hours about anime and video games (mostly just me over-analyzing every little detail), philosophy, space, history, completely insane conspiracy theories, random nonsense, etc. I'm not overly outgoing though, so I may not open up right away. I am always happy to talk, though. I'm still trying to get over some social anxiety problems. Baby steps.  |

Hello everyone! I`m Egyptian so I can`t speak English good.
Whatever, I love TS4 and it`s the only game that I play now. Also I love K-Pop and K-Drama (Korean Pop and Korean Drama).
I can speak hours about them without feeling about time!!
Anyway, I love make poses and want to learn make CC soon.
