Evenin', all!
I'm Pint, or Punker, or LadySlothbottom if you'd like to follow me on Origin (not that I really do much with it). It's nice to meet you all!
So after years of contemplating it, I finally picked up S4S as a way to get to grips with Blender. In real life I'm a graphic designer from rainy ol' England, currently having problems finding work. I figured Blender would be a nice addition to my CV and it's a perfect excuse to play more TS4 to boot.
When I'm not job hunting, I work voluntarily at a charity shop, do a little running, practice tarot and write reviews for books on mental health/wellbeing/illness.
It'll be loads of fun to share what I end up making with you guys - there's already some stuff in the pipeline so hold onto your Plumbobs!

I think it's awesome that you've found a way to "blend" a practical skill with a hobby of yours! Your other hobbies are pretty interesting, too! I also am a big fan of tarot cards, but your other hobbies are very admirable. But back to sims: as always, if you ever have any issues with your project, you can ask for help HERE! I can't wait to see what you release in the future!  |

Welcome! I think it's awesome that you've found a way to "blend" a practical skill with a hobby of yours! I see what you did there. (¬‿¬ ) It's awesome that you're into tarot as well! I only recently began learning, but my Nana has already asked for a reading! Thanks so much for the warm welcome. |

Hi, a long time simmer here, used to do mods over on mod the sims when it was mod the sims 2. Trying to get back into modding again, for Sims 4. Have done coding and meshing for a long time now, and getting back into doing it more for a hobby, instead of trying to make money doing it in second life.

In case you haven't done so already, you can check out our list of tutorials HERE and try some of them out to get a hang of S4S. If you ever need any help, the place to look for it is HERE. hey everyone!!
my name is Geraldy, i live in Indonesia, i've been playing the sims since the sims bustin' out on PS2, and from that i fell in love with The Sims until now!!
maybe this isn't the right section to ask but, i wanted to make my own custom content and that's a decorative car, so i've downloaded sims 4 studio.... it all work fine, until i want to export the mesh and it says i need blender 2.70, well i've been using blender 2.79 and 2.80, how to bypass this alert message ?

I started my sims journey from the ps2 as well! Though, I can distinctly remember not getting a hang of Bustin' Out. Well, we all gotta start somewhere and I'm glad that it's both lead us to here! As for your problem, this isn't the best place to post about it. Try checking out the creator help forum HERE and see if anyone else has been experiencing a similar problem. I absolutely love Sims4 and was told about your site from a fellow simmer. The download appears to be locked and so I am unable to try your wonderful studio. I have never used cc before and thought I'd give a try. Could someone please help me. I am on windows 10. I am looking forward to becoming friends. Thank you very much...I have become a widow and I am a single parent to our daughter. We have 5 cats and a wonderful dog. We moved from Colorado to Ohio for new beginnings. We have been playing Sims4 since it came out. I have finally got all the packs and so much fun. I really want my daughter and I to create all there is to hopefully give our friends with your cc. I hope you will help us:) |

If you're still having problems, this forum is not the place to ask for help. I'd recommend going HERE and asking for help there. Better yet, you can use our search feature on the site and try to see if anyone else on the site has had a similar problem as you. Once you are able to download S4S, flick through our tutorials HERE. Hi- my name is Carla and I've been playing the Sims on and off for a while now. Got into creating CC with Sims 3 and a few things for Sims 4. Didn't play for a while and now I'm kind of back playing and creating. My last creation was a house- hadn't done one in a long time but thought I had some success with it. It has been in Purgatory (Pending bin) for a week now waiting on approval on TSR so its doubtful if it will ever see the light of day. Want to create CC but have no real talent for the complex, just the simple things.
Mom of three and not much else going on.
Thanks for making Sims4Studio available! Nothing to work in when the mood strikes because of the other program not available for Mac.

Creating CC is a great way to stay engaged with the game. I'm sorry to hear about your TSR problem (I've never used the platform, so I don't have much to comment on), but I'm glad to have you here. Whether you make giant mods or simple recolors, all are welcome on this site! While there's nothing wrong with staying with simple stuff, if you're up for it, you can try out some of our more complex tutorials HERE! Everything gets easier with practice! Happy simming! |
