Hey! I forgot to post an introduction in here when I first joined. I'm pleyita, I make various custom content for TS4 and I love how convenient and useful S4S is. Thanks for the hard work guys. Hello! It's never to say hello! I'm glad you've been enjoying S4S and have been engaging with this online community! I hope you continue to utilize S4S as time goes on and I can't wait to see what content you share with us in the future! Happy simming! Hi. I'm basically just getting Sims 4 Studio to find broken cc since I'm a cc addict, LOL. I wasn't thinking of making any cc, but now that I have the tools, I might make some custom pictures from photographs my sims have taken, which would be so fun. I'm super into sims photography. Personal info about me--I love rescue animals, especially pitties. :D Hi there! There are so many ways to use S4S than just making cc. I think it's great that you're working to fix some broken cc. I hope it works out for you! If you do want to make your own cc, you should check out our list of tutorials HERE if you haven't done so already. A good tutorial for what you specifically wanted to do can be found HERE. Good luck with all your future projects!

Just realized that I forgot to post an introduction; honestly there isn't much to say about me...my real name is unimportant however everyone is free to call me Sparkle or Peridot (which ever you prefer), I'm 32 almost 33 years old, I am not a creator (trust me I tried to figure out the TSR Workshop & I nearly threw my computer out the window). I do however love the creations other people make; especially since I figured out HOW to download the mods....sure it took a YouTube video to teach me that but hey whatever.
Anyways I am a simple player; only recently obtained the Sims 4 game (lets be real it was through the Origin free download promo) & had started a challenge.....well ended up making it my own :P For now I am a base game player only; can not afford anything more. Mmm I guess that's all...Happy Simming!

Greetings! I'm KatAnubis. I'm a long time Simmer (since TS1, with being SimMasterAnubis for all of TS2's time). I used to make content for TS2 but am long out of the habit. (I adored the TS3 "design" feature. It kept my download folder from becoming an 8gb one like I had for TS2!) I recently started playing TS4.
I'm looking forward to re-learning how to make content. Already I've learned a lot!

We have a lot of members who don't speak English as a first language, so you'll be okay! It's great to have you at the forums! You are correct that this is not the right place to be asking for help. Normally, sims don't actually remove clothing items when they're using the toilet, so I don't think that's something that can be fixed. Try seeing if all your mods that you have installed are up to date. One possible solution could be loading up S4S, going to Content Management>Batch Fixes>CAS and select Disallow CC for Shower. See if that works. If not, you can ask for help HERE, make sure to be as specific as possible to get the best help. Hope you're able to find a solution to your problem soon! Mmm I guess that's all...Happy Simming! Hi there! Whether you've been on this site for a few years or a few minutes, it's never too late to say hello! You also don't have to be a creator to enjoy using this site. It's the people who go out of their way to download other people's work that really keeps the community alive and well. So, thank you for that. In the future, try reaching out to your favorite creators and letting them know how much you appreciate their work; a little love goes a long way! I'm glad you were able to utilize that amazing deal for getting The Sims 4 for free. I'm honestly jealous since that deal wasn't around sooner. Even so, the basegame is so much more fun and jam-packed than it was when The Sims 4 first came out (i.e. no ghosts, no pools, no toddlers, no terrain tools, no colored maps and more). So, I'm glad you got the game when you did! Happy simming to you as well!

(I adored the TS3 "design" feature. It kept my download folder from becoming an 8gb one like I had for TS2!) I recently started playing TS4. I'm looking forward to re-learning how to make content. Already I've learned a lot! Welcome! It's great that you've stuck with the Sims for so long and have made custom content here and there in the past. I love that you're looking forward to making content again and S4S is an amazing program to do just that. If you haven't done so already, flick through our tutorials HERE because they're a great way to learn the ropes of the program as well as other programs that go along with it like Blender. If you're having any issues, you can look and ask for help HERE. Once you're done, you can just create your own Creator Studio and share your work with the world if you want HERE! Good luck on all your future projects! hiiii how do you uplode cc thx byi ooooof i forgot to introducce meh self lol im a new cc creator and sims 4 player ADMF art i also like have 5 youtube channels sooooo yeah lol Hello! I condensed your two posts into a single post. In the future, it'd be better if you just edit posts you've already posted instead of making a new one! It's great to have you here and eager to making custom content! We have an amazing selection of tutorials HERE from learning how to recolor, mesh and tune items in the game! They're super helpful and easy to follow and allow you to learn the ropes of S4S. Some of the tutorials use Photoshop, but Photoshop isn't necessary, you can just use any other photo editting program, like Pixlr, instead. If you ever need help on your project, you can see if anyone else has encountered the same problem as you HERE, if not, you can ask! Just make sure to be as specific as possible so you can get the best help available! After that, if you're up for it, you can create a Creator Studio HERE and share your work with the community! Have fun on your custom content creation journey!

Hi, everyone! I'm Amy de l'ABC, and I only recently joined the Sims community. (I've had TS4 for about 3 weeks now. I used to have...I think it was 2...but I didn't play it much.) That said, I've downloaded a lot of mods already and I had an idea for one that I couldn't find online, so, being fond of coding, I decided to make it myself.

Hello and welcome to the forum: D they will have fun and learn Here most of the people are willing to help and they are very kind: 3 amydelabc that you want to learn how to make mods! I would recommend you to go through here in terms of coding: sims4studio.com/thread/15145/started-python-scriptingthere are things that you should know like the tsdesc and some of that, I wish you luck and much encouragement! jupitxrsdad very well you want to create something for this game also as the other user go through the tutorial above finally for taffydoo there are many tutorials in this forum sims4studio.com/board/25/cas-pose-tutorialsto make simple recolors without palette you just have to change the color with photoshop or gimp (or paint.net)to recolors with palette you can go to my video You can also make makeup like lipsticks, eyeshadow, highlighters, blush ... for labials look at this video
it's not that hard you can start doing a recolor of a game lipstick that is, you choose one, you export the texture of that element you pass it to .dds (well I do it that way) and you change it to pink, red ... in order softer play with the filters: D kenzar, fifthcreations, praline, sclub, screaming mustard they all make excellent make-up creations and they're not meshes You can also make custom eyes that is almost the same process as a makeup read the tutorials here that serve a lot: 3 for custom eyes this video (I managed to understand it with that) or also pet eyes you start doing a recolor or you paste an image that I look at here you can also make easy painting like jennisims or trudie55: D tattoos ... in short sims4studio.com/thread/243/sim-body-texture-templates(I have put my videos because I have not found in English I'm sorry !! XD) many begin recolors and it is super fun (in pallets, so solid, with patterns ...) in order jeje or some picture or some poster in order also makeup, personalized eyes ... then if you want to cheer you can learn to make a mesh clothes or furniture up to maxis match or alpha hair !! but if you want to start creating instead of all that then you can also (I think)
you can start if you want by mesh edit example (Program: blender)Override hairs :D Override makeup... xD lillka for example Most of his creations are not new meshes;) but this person with his talent can transform a simple garment into something totally new !!
Clayified hairs... Chops.. Info: Mesh “included” - Mesh edit of Peggy’s 679 - All mesh credits goes to Peggyzone (The original is linked so you can download and support the original creator, without them this work wouldn’t have been possible! ♥ accessories ... mesh edit Skins...Skinblend... anyway you do not need to make a new mesh to start you can always take the base of others (if they allow you) or the same game and transform it into something new n.n the important thing is to understand the UV MAPsims4studio.com/thread/5055/elia-quick-sims-help-tutorialsssvitlans.tumblr.com/post/163707033629/tutorial-how-to-uv-mapsims4studio.com/thread/62/fix-uv-map-templateFinally you have to practice a lot (not like me who decided to leave for the moment because I'm busy with sailor moon and the music of twice ... xD) there are more tutorials like tumblr etc but I do not want to get too dizzy, I hope you understand what I told you (although I do not think so ...) sure someone wants to be your friend n.n

That said, I've downloaded a lot of mods already and I had an idea for one that I couldn't find online, so, being fond of coding, I decided to make it myself. Hi there! It's great to have newcomers to the site, so I hope you make yourself at home and enjoy interacting with this community! I'm so glad that you want to fill in a gap of untapped content, that's how most of us content creators start out! Try checking out our tutorials HERE to help learn the ropes of S4S. You can also check out modding tutorials on ModtheSims for help as well. Speaking of, if you ever have an issue with a mod, you can ask your fellow creators for help HERE, but check to see if anyone has encountered the same problem as you before posting. Finally, you can share it with the world by opening up a Creator Studio HERE! I wish you the best of luck in all your future projects and I can't wait to see what you make! Hello everyone! I'm AJ and I'm 18. I played the sims a lot when I was younger and got back into it with Sims 4 about 7 months ago. So I'm trying my hand at making content and on top of that want to work on a coding language Hello! I'm the same way when it comes to Sims. I constantly go back and forth playing it, but creating custom content is a really great way to stay engaged with the game, as well as, being a creative outlet. One of the best places to start creating cc is to check out our list of tutorials HERE which go over everything from making bb objects, CAS clothes and more. You can also check out ModtheSims' tutorials if you wanted to. If you get stuck on a project, you can look to see if anyone has encountered the same problem as you HERE, if not, you can ask! After you've polished your creation, consider sharing it with the community by opening up a Creator Studio HERE! Even if it may seem daunting at first, I'm sure you'll be creating the cc of your dreams in no time! Good luck! Hello, I am Tammy I just joined sims studio today. Here to learn how and hopefully make some great things.. could use all advice and directions from everyone as beginners need help and I am about as a beginner as it gets.. lol.. thanks for having me and I hope to become an friend as well.. Welcome!! I love that you're showing initiative by wanting to learn how to create custom content and there are plenty of tools to help beginners out. I mean, I still consider myself somewhat of a beginner, too (I don't completely get how some people do the things they do), but S4S is a pretty straight forward program that makes learning easy! Check out our tutorial list HERE. I really recommend doing some of them, even if they aren't necessarily related to what you plan on making. They're a great tool to use to learn the ropes of both S4S and other third-party programs like Blender. It should be noted that most of the tutorials that deal with textures are done with Photoshop, but you can use free photo-editing software like Pixlr and achieve similar results! Stuck on a project? Well there's a place to go for help! If you're having an issue, go HERE and check to see if anyone has had a similar problem as you, if not, you can post yourself! The moderators are super helpful. Even if you feel like your issue is too simple to ask for help, that forum is a pretty non-judgmental zone, so you have nothing to fear! After all is said and done, it would be awesome if you decided to share your creation with the world by creating a Creator Studio HERE. Of course, that's up to you, but if you created a mod/cc because you saw a void in your game, chances are that are plenty of other people out there who see that same void, too, and would be more than happy to download your work! Good luck in your cc-creating journey!

I'm really sorry that you're having issues with Sims 4 Studio. Unfortunately, you can only post in the Bug thread if you have posted at least 50 times. This is to keep that thread from being bogged down with spammers. Make sure you're following all the troubleshooting tips HERE and see if that helps. You can try and post about a bug HERE, or even HERE depending on what your bug is, but your best bet is to work up to making 50 posts or waiting for an update for the program. Either way, this forum is not right forum to be posting about bug reports. If you do want to try to get to 50 posts, there are plenty of ways to do that! You can post pictures of your cat (love the name btw) HERE, help people with their WCIFs HERE or even hang out and chat in my makeshift chatroom HERE. Even if you don't want to get to that 50 post goal, it's still never a bad idea to interact with the community and its creators! Once again, I'm sorry that you're having issues and I hope you have a nice day!

Hello! I'm tsukemono, and I've only recently gotten into Sims 4, despite it being out for a long time now. Honestly, the last Sims I've played was TS2, so I'm still discovering all the new features and exploring how to customize my Sims 4 experience. I do quite a bit of both art and programming, so I'm definitely very interested in learning how to create custom content for the game. I hope to learn a lot from the community, and get along with everyone as well.
