Can't import a texture for a wall?

Hi all, I'm brand new to modding and I've run into an issue. I'm trying to recolor a cc wall I downloaded, but whenever I try to import the recolored texture I get an error message. I've honestly got no clue what I'm doing, so any help at all is appreciated. Here's the error message:
