Hi, I am a beginner of making Sims 4 mods. And I am trying to make a whole body outfit. The problem is within the S4S, the texture looks fine, see the pic below: Pic.1 But then in the game, the line on the boots was messed up. Like this: Actually both sides has the same problem, but the the problem on the left leg is more obvious so I just post the left leg pic here. I have tried ways to solve that, like making the faces of the mesh more separated from the sim body, doing the uv map of the boots again or transfer & paint weights on the mesh. But nothing helps. After I put away the texture (not drawing shadows and lines on the boots) it looks fine. And I found out that it is the texture of the right leg that goes to the left leg. I really don't know how to solve this. The weight: The uv map of the boots: The .package and .blend1 files: package fileblender fileP.S. And there is one more minor problem, this is suppose to be a whole body outfit, but in CAS, when the sim wear this outfit, he can still wear another pair of shoes. Thanks a lot!!

Hi. This is not a uv related issue. You are seeing feet because they are not excluded in the warehouse tab. I'm on the phone right now and cannot give you the exact number, but find a maxis outfit that already comes with shoes (nothing in the head area!!), clone it, switch to the warehouse tab, select CAS part, find ExcludeParts and copy whatever there is. Past this number in your package. If you are planning on sharing the mesh, you have to re-import you LODs and textures into something that comes with shoes. If it is a full-body outfit, then a base game mesh with shoes. You are importing a mesh that has foot bones into something that does not, if this does not cause distortion in your game, it might cause in someone else's. Also, before baking textures, unfold rig and make parts of the body that overlap with yours unrenderable by clicking on the camera icon next to an eye and curdor icons.
