hello everyone! i am having yet some more troubles with sims 4 studio. i have took a look for my error, and found this post by Feyona. i (believe) that i followed the directions, and am just getting the same error. my log can be found here, and my .blend file can be found here

I applied this modifier to reduce the polycount and afterwards it was able to import. I think your mesh may be too high poly (did you subdivide it?). Also make sure to set the cut numbers of the unused meshes to 0 and NONE so they don't get imported:

Have you checked the cut numbers? You need 3 meshes, one with the 0000 cut (hatchop1), 0001 cut (hatchop2) and 0002 cut (normal). Make sure your meshes are assigned the cut numbers otherwise they won't import. And make sure the old/unused meshes don't have the cut numbers otherwise they'll import too.
