I cannot find the override skin for Toddler anywhere, I either need the group and instance number, or if possible the This Sim Skins .package could be updated? I know this example override is old but I use Dark Skinned Sims, but I get a white Toddler, it's bugging me.. arrg!

The package don't replace all parts from the model. The eyes are still Maxis, and same for the eyebrows and the underwear when I replace the skin : As you can see in my "test" package (left picture) everything is replaced : eyes, brows, skin and also underwear is removed. When I open a project (right picture): the only thing that is replaced is the skin. Is it possible to have a default package that replaces all those parts instead of just the skin ? That way people can choose if they want Maxis original textures for all/some parts or not ? Plus, the package don't include the recently added toddlers model skin. I would do it myself, but I don't know how I can override textures from the model, since studio only as the possibility to override game items (?). Another question : I noticed that the underwear is sometimes there, and sometimes not. I think you did this for skin creation (though with maxis skin you can't really tell the difference). So is it possible to override the actual underwear and not just the skin, so that way we can change its color or completly remove it if we want ? Sorry for all those questions... I'm just confused. I used to use an override that replaced the eyes and all, but since Harmony version (I think?) the eyes are not replaced anymore and that's sad because I'm not a big fan of the big blues eyes and wonky eyebrows Maxis put on the model base. :/

Hi jeff248, The model in S4S will wear a default garment for the top or bottom if your item does not override it. Beyond that, the default base skin texture has the bra and panties because there was no texture readily available in the game that has the full skin texture without clothes. You can use brujah's override of the skin tones HERE to get rid of the clothes on the base skin texture in Studio, but depending on what you are making, the sim model will still wear clothes on the parts that you are not overriding. Is this still the case? Jan 6, 2017 20:34:44 GMT -5 dewdropsimsie said: Hiya! I was wondering how do get rid of the shirt on the child model? I'm trying to recolor the tank top but the shirt is kinda in the way / annoying. Thank you! exactly what I'd like also...

Novalore40 , Studio does not currently have an automated way of creating a skin tone package, though some have created them with Studio in the Warehouse. citysim , the id used for the toddler skin in Studio is 3453CF95-00000000-D3D82C46D3C42F2E (Type-Group-Instance). We will update the tutorial package to include this image. Here is the image if you need it as a reference for your custom one: dewdropsimsie , Latmosims , and @rosebine , the clothes that the sim wears on top of the skin that this tutorial covers can be changed by creating an override package of the EA item and placing it in your Studio mods folder (you will need to restart Studio afterwards). For example, to override the child's shirt, you would clone EA's white t-shirt cuTop_ShirtTee_White, change it, and save it to your Studio mods folder. You could also replace it with another garment by cloning the other garment and changing it's CAS Part instance to match the one that you want to replace (in the case of the child's shirt, it would be 743B). Also Latmosims, today's version (3.0.1.2) should have disabled the Maxis eye color and eyebrows that were appearing as an overlay to the skin. Let me know if you still have a problem with it.

Oh! fantastic. I never made an override for TS4 yet, I guess I would uncheck the show in...something? Ok, so it worked for removing the shirt, but nothing to do with removing bottom...it just does not allows it. Thank you.

Oh! I get it now x) Basegame overrides + moving the default package into Studio folder = Studio underwear is replaced. Makes sense after all! Thanks for the explanations andrew! And for the fix ^^

Thank you <3. The thing is, it still shows the shirt as if it's flat on the skin, but I get that's because the skin texture has the shirt on it. Is there any way to get that off?

Hello dewdropsimsie, can you show screenshots? I don't really understand what are you trying to achieve.

I made a child top and bottom replacement that should work, let me know if they don't. There should be an invisible tank top on the top and tighty whiteys on the bottom

Hiya Feyona! Actually it's fine; I figured it out. Rereading what I said before, I am realizing about how much sense I made. Thank you anyways!

Haii♡ What if i'd like to alter the models body type? For me specifically a smaller neck size, so i may resize some things to better fit my sims in CAS.
