Hi, I think I'm really dumb... I followed exactly all the steps and still my model keeps the same default appearance. Dowloaded Sims skin package : done Opened package then : Package image changed : check Saved in Sims 4 Studio Mods folder : check Result : nothing changed I mean, skin color changed, but although my skin has no underwear, the model still have them. I understand you need an overriding skin, but I cannot find how to do it and the link you proposed has files but no images in the packages. So I'm just lost.

My skin files have been updated for the recent patch. The provided OneDrive download link for your updated Studio skin packages does not work. When clicking on the download button at your Studio it says: "This item might not exist or is no longer available."

Is there a updated link of the skins for the model viewer anywhere? because the link is broken by brujah.

Yeah, I reinstalled it and didn't realize that the custom skin I was using before was all set as usual, but doesn't work anymore probably due the patch. The default bottom clothing though was removed with the override. I guess we'll have to access the base skin to make an override, not sure how that works though.

Ok, just got it working, very plain easy, the base skin is a set of items you can create as an override by the Sims 4 Studio itself. Select a CAS override in the main menu and search under the section "head", you'll see a basic sim body view, select all the models you want to make skins to and save your package, toddlers and others may be found below the list. In this package you can change the skins as you want them place them on the S4S mods folder and BAM it'll work. Weird that the female model shows up two skins options for me, not sure why.

Just replaced both, this will only be used on the S4S viewport anyways so no much of a big deal. Is this telling me how to make my own skins to apply it to the viewer? because if so, I don't know how to make my own which is why I was wondering if brujah had an updated link or not to their skins. But, Thank you for that info I had no idea they even had the male, female, and toddler base bodies. I def learned something new. But, lets just say I wanted to put a skin in the viewer without using brujah's, could I just use the ones that other cc creators have made? Like skinblends and etc. If so, could you tell me how?

You can use any CC you want, just need to know how to extract the texture files from that CC and import on the package you can create with the tool like I said before. But maybe you never used the Sims 4 Studio right? It's not hard btw, super accessible. I do make a lot of my recolors and new stuff thanks to it (planning to start posting soon, lost most of my CC btw). Have you ever used the S4S before?

Yes, I've made poses, makeup, and recolors using s4s, and ok I'll try it out and see how it goes for me and if i remember then I'll come back and lyk

Is there a way to change the model's physical appearance by using Cmar's Sim Ripper? I was thinking it would be cool to create a sim in the game and have that be the model I see in the studio, but I'm not sure how to change the mesh.

I'm having a similar issue to the one pinkvon69 posted back on June 25, 2016: My studio skin is blue like the background. I'm trying to sort through my cc clothes and the clothes are floating in the air with no person. If you move the camera angle you can see the arms on the side but they're the same color as the rest of the screen. I thought this tutorial would help with this but when I go to import there's nothing there...I'm so confused! I've installed Blender v. 2.76a per the "Additional Notes" section of the Sims 4 Studio download thread: Through Windows Explorer, I double-checked to make sure Blender v2.76a's exe file path matched the "Blender Path" entered in Sims 4 Studio's "Settings": "C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender\blender.exe"
Two files were copied into the "Documents/Sims 4 Studio/Mods" folder: 1. "StudioModelSkins.package" downloaded from the link in this thread's top post. 2. "TESTING_ONLY_WoodworkersApron.package" copied from a Custom Content CAS bundle in "The Sims 4/Mods" folder. When opening "StudioModelSkins.package" in Sims 4 Studio's "My Projects", I see this: As far as I can tell, all the pieces are in place but when I open "TESTING_ONLY_WoodworkersApron.package" in "My Projects", the model remains invisible in "My Projects" "Studio" tab: ... and when opening the original package file, "PTS_ymBody_WoodworkersApron_CG.package", in the "My CC" viewer, I see this: Any ideas at to what else needs to be done to get the model to be visible in the viewers?
