how do you use a cc house and a cc sim from the downloaded content? don't know how to get it into game.

OK well no response, but that is OK. I was able to find a youtube video to help out. It was what I was thinking, but I didn't want to place it in that folder then crash my game or make it unusable... LOL probably doesn't make sense... so hopefully I'll be able to get help when trying to learn how to create stuff.
