Hello, I recently imported the child mesh and edited the mesh for 20-40 minutes. Now my child mesh looks somehow weird and I don't know why this happened. At Blender file, it looks fine, but at S4S (Sims 4 Studio), it's not. Can someone fix this problem or/and help me? Thanks! Here's the ZIP: drive.google.com/open?id=1xcf4XH2epObJ1uPEygDFw8Jt6Cj-vuv_

Hi. You can delete this file because it would be faster to re-do everything than fix it.
Meshes made of multiple meshgroups should be edited simultaneously in Edit mode. One way of doing it would be to use MultiEdit addon. Another would be to join them, Remove doubles, edit, then split the same way again. If you are not concerned how your item will interact with accessories, you can skip splitting the mesh back and just import it in a package started from a one meshgroup item.
I also do not think it is a good idea to change rig within a package because feminine frame is affected by unique vertex groups (breast vertex groups) that a child frame should not have. You can remove these vertex groups from the blend but they will still stay in the package. While in theory that should not cause problems, you never know for sure. So it's best to clone an existing child outfit
