Hello fellow creators. Hopefully anyone will be able to help me with one annoying issue that most of you have probably solved long time ago (unless it's impossible to solve). I have really strange issues with in game ambient occlusion. Have a look at the picture and you'll get what I'm talking. If anyone has some good advice or a good tutorial that could help me on that I would be eternally grateful. These are separate 1 square items that are supposed to go seamlessly. However, the result is not as nice as I would want

I guess it depends on the position of the sun but in my case its always bottom right corner shadow

Maybe. It could be also mipmap problem or your texture is too big or small. Make sure your texture is not bigger than 1024x 1024 px

If your texture is the correct dimensions then the size is not that important other than to make the objects look crisper. Without seeing the files I would guess that it is either, as you say, that you need to split the edges of the mesh, or if that doesn't fix it, you may need to look at your Normal (bump) map texture.

It was the edge split. It was probably the rush to see if things work that I forgot to do that
