Hi! Is it possible to add more photo sizes on the Take Photo Interaction. I think that the photo object itself can be editable but I don't know how or if it's possible to add some new photo option alongside the three squares on the bottom left picture below: I looked at the possible tunings like interaction/photography_TakePhoto_Cheap but the only thing I can find that might lead to the one shown in the picture is at line 23 which says: <V n="photo_mode" t="free_form_photo"> I am leaning towards to the fact that adding custom UI in the game might be not possible but I would like to take the chance that it might be editable. :D

Custom UI is not possible, only basic replacements like maps and CC wrenches, and the few stuff like More CAS Columns that relies on...I forgot what it was called, but very few people know how to do it and it's extremely limited. Sometimes when we add stuff to the game, the game can recognize it and adjust the UI to accommodate it (like when we add new phone stuff) but that's about it unfortunately.

Thanks for the reply! That's sad to know as I was also planning for a custom recipe/crafting picker menu and such XD

Custom picker menus like the sort you get when choosing what meal to cook are possible to make because the coding and UI elements already exist in the game. You just have to tell it what the list should be populated with. I know there are mods out there that change the woodwork bench pie menu into an item picker window instead. While I haven't created any new list windows I have edited the one for toddler food accessed from the high chair so that it also lists the price of the food alongside its icon and name. All I had to do was copy part of the coding from the book menu about the price column, edit it slightly, and the game knew how to apply it to the toddler food menu automatically.

Hopefully that made sense.

I was thinking of a combination of the picker from the ranger station when you buy camp items with its category filters and adding that to crafting pickers like the candle station. But I found out (I might be wrong) that you can't make custom tags. (I might be able to edit a picture to show what I mean by a custom pickers). I also tried making the picker menu when choosing a food in the party-bot from Discover University but my attempt was a failure. :D

Perhaps take a look at these made by BrazenLotus
And as far as I am aware, no, you cannot make custom tags. There would be no way to apply them to the objects without having to default replace them all even if new tags were possible.

Thanks, I''ll take a look at. I think having custom tags would be useful for custom objects. The idea for this came when I want to make a craftable potted plants but having the flexibility of picking a different pot and plant type while putting them in one menu picker instead of separating them in interactions like the flower arrangement table.
