so i'm trying to import a sims 4 hair to blender, i do what anyone else would yknow, import it into s4s, export the mesh yada yada but whenever i try to, it ALWAYS comes up empty when i open blender, all i get is a blank space and a couple of lamps  |

i also tried reinstalling sims 4 studio and its still the same :l someone pls help

Can you confirm that you have the s4s add-ons enabled in blender? In the tab shown in your screenshot it doesn't seem that it was. you can check it in file -> user preferences -> add-ons:  |

do you have the right version of Blender?
To modify meshes or animations, you will need to have Blender 2.76 installed but no other Blender versions are supported by Studio.
And I see you use blender v2.79

Blender 2.70 will continue to work with Studio as it has in previous versions, but no other Blender versions are supported by Studio. Blender 2.79 works for S4S, it's just that it likes to glitch for most people. Try using 2.78 or lower as your linked program, keep 2.79 installed as your work program if you prefer to use it.
