sorry. I'm not good at English so I use Google Translate.
I am having a problem that I cannot import and export meshes.
The following error message is displayed.
How can I improve it? if you'd kindly teach me.
The Sims 4 Studio - Version 3.1.3.3

Are you using a compatible Blender version (2.76)? Have you set the file path for Blender and your game in the S4S settings?

Thank you for your answer.
Yes.I use Blender 2.76 And S4S settings is
Sims 4 Path C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\
Blender Path C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender\blender.exe
I used the installer to install s4s.

Hi. Do you have S4Studio CAS tools menu in your Blender?

Again, thank you for your answer.
I'm sorry I could not post screenshot. There was no S4Studio CAS Tools menu there. Custom properties are the last one.
How can I add it?

Make sure your Blender path looks like this. Restart Blender If it won't work, in Blender go to File - User preferences, click on Install from file button, navigate to _:\______\Sims4Studio\Blender\Scripts\, and choose io_sims.py, click on Install from file and restart Blender.

Thank you for the detailed explanation. Does my current setting not match? For example, do I have to make an E:?
C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender\blender.exe
For the time being, I installed io_sims.py from the menu that install from file in User preferences, but S4 Studio tool did not appear unfortunately.
Should I re-install Blender and S4S from scratch?

Hhm, did blender create Blender Foundation itself? Try changing it to BlenderFoundation If nothing will change, try to re-install both. If it won't work again, try installing 2.7

Thank you for your early reply.
Both the blender and S4S used installers. So Blender itself made the Blender Foundation.
Anyway, I did everything you told me, but the S4Studio CAS Tools menu didn't appear.
I used to be able to import and export normally, so I don't know why this happened. This happened after I updated the Sims4. But it doesn't seem to matter because it's not something that happens to other people.
I'm a little tired, so I'd like to leave this problem for a while. I am deeply grateful to you for helping me again and again.

The problem has been resolved. First, S4Studio CAS Tools menu was in the add-on item(Sims 4 Studio Blender Tools), so it appeared when I enabled it. However, I cannot import and export. Next, I tried to disable the Textools that added a few days ago. I was able to import and export successfully. I didn't think one of the add-ons would get in the way. It's a pity that Textools can't be used.
