Robotics enhance fix level criteria and cost no parts

EA's interns did it again. This time they manage to set the the values to something like 51 but when they check for the next upgrade they check for some values between 40.5-50.9. That's why you can't upgrade your bot. Now it's fixed. And I also make it all part free so you don't have to spend so much time creating those sub-parts. Those sub-parts should be made just store-bought ready in my opinion.
