I have trouble removing shine from this object and there's a line that keeps appearing and disappearing. Can someone help?

poo. Unfortunately I don't have the pack this object is from, so I won't be able to help you mucH. I did have a look at the package though, the problem doesn't seem to come from the normal or specular map so my guess would be something to do with the mesh. When opened in blender, the edges are separated (like often with EA mesh). I would merge the vertices (alt + M > at center) on the shelf that causes the problem, then apply an edge split modifier to keep the edges sharp. I can't try it, so I'm not sure of this solution... As for the shine, you can remove it by editing the texture. Just export the diffuse map as a png, open it in an editor and draw a grey square where it is after using the 'pipette' (just above the grid back of the fridge). Let me know if this make sense
