Want to remove stove restrictions in University Housing.

Hello. I've always wanted a mod that removes the stove restrictions on University Housing Lots. However, none of them seen to work correctly now. So, how could make my own which is up to date? Thank you.

P.S I would like it so that the fridge would have all the normal options rather than just quick meals
