Hello! I'm having problems with billboard mesh. I made my own mesh. But in game my billboard became transparent for shadows from other objects. It turned out that the original EA billboard mesh the same thing happens if just export and import (which have just been exported) all mesh! My step by step:
Please, help me!

For the missing swatch/texture problem: Use the "Seletive clone" option, make sure all options are ticked (including "all swatches" and "textures"). That way you get all swatches and textures included in objects.
For the shadow problem, have you checked to see if it happens with the original, too? Chances are it does. If you make a clone of an item it will usually have the exact same properties as the original item.

But problem with shadow is still. If export/import meshes of original EA billboard and save package - in game problems shadow. I didn't change the exported meshes. I immediately imported them back without changing them.

I had the same shadow problem as yours, to solve this problem, I choose standalone recolor to create my project.
