When making a hat CC, how can I make the ears invisible and the hair outside the hat visible? In blender But in game...

Make sure you're leaving enough room for the ears, as the ears in Blender are barely visible, which isn't the case for the toddlers in CAS. It's a problem with the Blender model.
For hair, I think you need to model the hair around the cutaway hairs that work with hats. Not sure if there are a lot for toddlers, but there could be some custom ones. If not, you could try making your own hair that looks good with the hat?

For the ears, that's due to the blender model as simmerish20 mentioned above. I haven't figured out how to hide the ears without making the hat big enough to cover them yet lmao As for the hair being able to stick out from the hat, you would have to open the package file in s4s, click on the warehouse tab then look for region map. Click on Edit Items... When the window opens, change the region types to a hat with the hat chops you're going for, like "HairhatB" and "HairhatA" for example. I wish I could explain the mechanics of hairhat but I mostly just copy the settings of a hat that's tilted in the same position ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
