File #1 will have 34K polys after applying subsurf modifier. Studio can import this amount of polys, however, it is too many polys for this type of mesh. It has some other issues like flipped normals on the back of the scalp and some extruded edges on the tail part.
And thank you for taking the time to write in English. We are not grammar-nazi and do not require an extensive knowledge of the language. And your English is great, so no worries. Half of the Studio team aren't native speakers either.

Glad for hearing that this mesh could be imported on the studio I was realllllly worried that it wouldn't work, but now I am relieved Thank you for your help oh and you say file#1 is possible, does that mean file#2 is also available to import? um...I have a questions that I was always wondering... There is a blender file with a mesh named s4 Studio_mesh_3 and GEOM is 2. And for this to work normally, there must be more mesh named s4 Studio_mesh_1,2 and GEOM 0,1 . And each mesh will have a polygon close to 34K. So, I wonder if the total number of polygons is 34K or three times the number of polygons when I import this hair to the studio.

Yes, both files can be imported in Studio if everything else is fine with them (weights, group names, normals, cut numbers, uvs and correct name of uvs, vertex paint). I didn't check all these things. I've seen 70K meshes that were made with Studio. Just out of interest I once decided to export such mesh and it took 10 minutes for the program to export it. So technically it is totally possible, will take more or less time depends on the number of polys. But less is more. I can't answer to other messages because I do not work with hairs to remember these things. Hope that someone else can answer your questions.
