This can be caused by 2 things: either the mesh is split or the graphic card is acting up. First, in Edit mode select everything with A and and Remove doubles with Merge distance set to 0,0001. If it won't help, check this thread sims4studio.com/thread/14171/vertex-on-mesh

If you were to open a uv_1 map, you'd see that there is a hole in the uvs. You can enable sync, select each, then press W and choose weld. In the future, when merging vertices, enable UVs. Anyway, the sims 4 studio splits the mesh along uv island borders, so it was split in that area. I always thought that it does it according to a uv_0 map, but it seems to be both, interesting Edited package
