Hello @lucibun,
As far as I know adding it yourself isn't possible. You need to find an object in game that already has multiple texture files.
The microwave for example has 3. In the object catalog in Studio type 'micro' into the search bar to find them.

Is there an option to change a texture so that it behaves like a shadow (where the white doesn't show but the black parts do.. kind of like how the drop shadow behaves)? |

Adding textures is a little finnicky but it should be possible. You need to add new textures via the warehouse tab though and link the textures in the shader settings.
It's not possible to add another group/cut inside an object with S4S though and each group can only use one shader so keep that in mind.
For the second question:
I haven't tried that yet but you could try using the shadow shader or use a shader with alpha.
