So, I'm incredibly new to creating my own CC. I'm trying to make a series of different plague doctor masks, starting with SCP-049's mask. Unfortunately, I'm having some trouble having Sims 4 Studio even acknowledge the mesh I'm trying to put in... Any help? And even advice for future CC accessories? Thanks! Here's the .blend file: drive.google.com/file/d/1vQWhHLEnVo1O-M9hLPO1YNIjJ9vlRcZf/view?usp=sharing

Hi. When I open the file, there's nothing in the scene. I assume you are using a 2.8+ versions of Blender which are not compatible with s4s. You can work in them but must use a compatible version ( 2.76, for example ) as a bridge. Once you are done with the model, close 2.8+. Clone a maxis item, export the blend, open it in 2.76, append the item from a different blend file, add the same type and cut number as the original has, delete the original, save, import in the package.

The mask was not selectable, which is why it was not being imported. Make sure the mesh is always visible and selectable. You should watch or read an accessory making tutorial because the mesh is not functional. It is not unwrapped properly in uv_0 to display textures, does not have a uv_1 and is not vertex painted to morph, the weights are not right. Here's an edited blend and package files, check how aforementioned things look like
I cloned a hat and put uvs in the space meant for hats. If you want it to be glasses, put uvs where glasses should be
