The texture of my pink couch is extremely low quality compared to this crispy grey one. VS I looked into the package of the grey couch (its not mine, obviously) to see whats up with the texture, and it's the same size. The only difference between my couch and theirs is that they have less than 2K polygons, where as my couch has 5k. In S4S studio, the texture is much more crisp. Is there any way to get this look in game?

Ingame settings probably matters (high texture settings, HQ, etc.). It almost looks like the couch is using a lower mipmap setting than the other couch when ingame. Not sure why, though (assuming you're using DDS files when recoloring?). Could perhaps have something to do with the normal map or specular sizes if they're smaller?
Maybe open up a file you know does what you want yours to do (like that other couch) and see if you find any differences, and try those out in your file. Could be a setting you need to change.

Idk. I mean, I took their DDS maps and applied it to my own to see if any difference would occur but nothing did. :( The DDS files were the exact same size as the texture, too. would you like to packages to have a look?

It looks to me like it might be the bump map smoothing things out too much. Try replacing the bump texture with a solid mid-tone grey one and see if that makes any difference.
