Good evening everyone! My English isn't great, but I'll try to explain: I created my own CCs. Up close, everything is fine, they are ok. But when I zoom out, at one point, they get dark ...: '( Where could it come from? I created a normal map and a specular. Where I don't understand either is that I have a fold in one place ... Without it being on the normal or on the diffuse ... Someone to help me or guide me on a tutorial?
Thx all people!

Hi. As said above, please share your file. The first issue might be caused by the shadow map

There are two problems with your item First, to correct the shadow problem, you'll need to remove doubles in your mesh and then apply an edge split modifier. I don't know if it's blender who smoothes by default or S4S when importing, but you'll have to apply edge split modifier to every meshes you make. You can change the angle value according to the result you want. I spotted a second issue, it's that your normal map doesn't have an alpha layer, so your texture won't work. Here's a tutorial that explain how to properly make one: sims4studio.com/thread/861/normal-maps-bump-editing-creatingBe sure to flatten your image when saving as sometimes photoshop save dds with nvidia/intel plugin without the alpha layer. Let me know if it helps (et hésite pas à me mp si tu comprends pas l'anglais )

(meilleur à la lecture qu'à l'écrit) j'avais vu sur un tuto que l'on devait supprimer la couche alpha... Merci pour ce tuto très instructif et les petites astuces! Ca devrait mieux fonctionner maintenant! Tu me sauves!
