Hey I'm sorry if my english isn't great but I'll try to explain
I learned how to mesh recently and managed to shorten a Tops sleeves. But now i am left with the seam lines of the old mesh. I read a tutorial on how to remove doubles and tried that, but it would not fix it for me. Can anyone help?

Hi. Can't check right now but this is most likely a normal map. When you shortened sleeves on the diffuse, you should do the same on other maps

Is there any tutorial on how to get those maps expored/imported? I would have to change the body templet then i guess?

You just open the package in s4s, choose a normal map, click on Export, choose .dds, then edit it in the photo editing software of your choice like you did with the diffuse
