Hey guys, I haven't been active on here other than to check news about the Sims 4 Studio App as well as to keep it up to date, thus I had removed my studio. However, I want to share my two empty world saves I just made for anyone who is like me and sometimes likes to create their own worlds with their own builds from scratch. I have two here, one is a completely empty world with no pre-built lots and no sims other than my place holder sim to keep the file from corrupting and the other is a world with all the Maxis lots, however all Maxis sims have been removed so you can add your own characters into the game and into which ever house you want.
I DO NOT OWN THE STAR WARS PACK, so that is unfortunately not included into the worlds, but all other playable worlds are emptied for you to enjoy.
All files shared here were uploaded by me, and the download is hosted by Sims File Share.
HOW TO USE CUSTOM SAVE WORLDS!! READ ME!!!:
1. Download the file, one or both if you wish.
2. Move the RAR to your The Sims 4 saves folder.
(Typically Found in C:\Users\<Your Name>\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves, unless you have

3. Use WinRAR to extract the RAR file in your saves folder.
4. You are done! Enjoy the game and the save!

Q and A:
What worlds are included in the Empty World Save?
-All worlds up to the World that came with ECO living, As stated above I do not own the Star Wars pack so that world
will not be cleared out for you when loading this save, it will be in it's default state and include the Maxis made sims that come
with that world.
What worlds are NOT included in the Empty World Save?
-Any of the vacation destinations and the Star Wars world that came with the pack.
Are there any lots not bulldozed?
-Any of the vacation destinations and the Star Wars world that came with the pack.
Are there any lots not bulldozed?
-Yes, aside from the vacation location lots, the Secret Lab is not bulldozed since the game forbids you from editing the secret lab unfortunately.
Do you need mods to use it?
-I have mods, but you shouldn't need them. All bulldozed lots are switched to residential so you can make them whatever you want later. Only some of the Beach Lots
and Secret Lab I was unable to switch to residential.
What if I don't have all the same Packs as you?
-You don't need all the same game packs that I have. Anything not included in my empty world save, will default to full with buildings and stuff like the Star Wars world.
Anything that is included but you don't have the game pack for, it will simply have all the worlds you do have emptied out when you load the save.
Why also offer a world that has all the lots as is but no Sims?
-Because every sims player is different, some like to work from scratch which the Empty World save is good for and some may not like building stuff, but may want to add
their own sims to populate the world instead of having Maxis' Sims by default.
What about the University?
What about the University?
-The university world I only cleared the University housing, default Residential Lots and public venues in the empty world save, but kept the school commons buildings and anything that wasn't labeled as a Public Venue
or a University Housing lot. This is so you guys can still have your Sims play through the University stuff, without having to rebuild the University Buildings yourself and would only have to
build yourself a university housing lot, if you wanted your sim to live on campus.
IT'S CORRUPTED!!!
-If you have a problem with the save at all there are two things that it could be because of that I know of. The first is you renamed the save file, which you shouldn't do, that will
without a doubt corrupt things if you try renaming save files. The other is you may of deleted my place holder sim and didn't add your own in his place before you saved last and closed out.
