Make sure your Blender path looks like this: _:\____\Blender 2.79\blender.exe. Save, restart s4s and blender. If this thing won't appear, then go to File - User preferences, click on Install from file button, navigate to _:\______\Sims4Studio\Blender\Scripts\, and choose io_sims.py, click on Install from file, close and open Blender and s4s again. If this won't help, install 2.76. 2.79 is not a stable version, the plugin does not work for everyone or always

Do you use 2.79 as a bridge and you are trying to append the mesh from the file exported from Studio? If yes then you need to use 2.76 version as a bridge, 2.79 doesn't and won't work on your machine (as a bridge for Studio). The reason is unknown.
