CC mesh looks fine in game but not in pictures

So I just made my own CC and in game it looks fine. But somehow in the thumbmails, picture CAS ... it looks distorted. Kinda looks like weights problem, but no issues on the weights in game.








This is the Portrait in CAS. the textures are distorted.


Here you can see the thumbnail is distorted as well.
