HI, I'm not sure if this is answered on another thread but I'm a new creator and still learning the tricks of mesh creating. I pretty much have it all down now with shading and texturing and importing my clothing into Sims 4. Starting about two days ago when I went from photoshop to blender to put in my texture with ALT+R it turned my texture PINK! I went to file > Eternal data > Look for Missing file, and all I get is error not found. Mesh is still pink. I deleted everything 3 time and even downloaded new texture because I felt blender could not find it. Everything was ok then it turned pink AGAIN. I'm so frustrated and I have no clue what's wrong or how to fix this situation. Could someone please help? What could be wrong.... oh and it wasn't doing this before so this is something new.

Hi. Pink "texture" is a Blender's way of telling you that the texture is missing. You just need to choose it in a drop down menu or click on "open"

Okay thanks I will try this, I also notice that I have to keep opening up the save to reapply the texture.. Its kind of annoying. I have to go to PS save it then open every time I try to do something new to the mesh in blender or it keeps going pink or black. I'm not sure if this makes any since or not, how do I make the texture stay permanently without going missing?
So sorry for ask a lot of questions.

Hm, I'm not sure but try deleting all old materials and assigning a new one, then importing a texture there
