i can only make shadow maps for hair because there are no black static texture appearing on the white part. and do not tell me it is about the camera icon on the side there, i already disabled literally everything besides the main dress mesh and the top base. Please tell me why this is happening.

It looks like your dress mesh contains the top part. When 2 geometries overlap your shadow map gets baked with the noise. Click on the camera icon next to the top to disable it in rendering and try again. If it doesn't help share your .blend.

Do you think im dumb? Then only one mesh will be visible in rendering. Then nothing will be baked at all.

Look, if you want help, you need to choose an appropriate tone. This the third and the last time i'm seeing you being rude for no reason. In this section of the forum we have rules: you must provide the files because we have no access to your pc and you have no competence to determine which out of what we suggest is the cause. If you want to waste your time, be our guest, but do not waste ours.
Your dress contains legs, it is only logical to assume that it comes with the upper body as well. As Feyona said, when geometry overlaps, this exact issue happens. Separate the body from the dress and bake ao for the body, not the top, disable rendering for the top before you do so.
