Fabric looks sunken in on breasts in MD

Hi everyone! So I'm having a bit of an issue with the fabric looking sunken in on the breasts due to the low polycount of the avatar. I remeshed everything in quads and made sure the fabric was leather to thicken it and make it as stiff as possible, but I'm still having a lot of trouble. <img src="




Here is a picture of what I'm dealing with. I'm guessing it also has to do with the way the light reflects on the fabric and I'm hoping that by making the material as non-reflective as possible later I'll be able to remove that effect? Idk honestly I'm sleep deprived and confused.
