Expanded physique only works after gender switch.

Hi there all of you lovelies here at s4s. So today I decided to give xml modding a shot. I loved Evol Evolveds expanded physique mod and decided to make my own updated version and to my surprise Im honestly enjoying updating it and my first try is almost working just the way Id like it to. Im only having two problems with this mod the affects only show up after I switch the gender of my sim and the effects of the mod are no longer applied after save and load up the gam even after going into fulleditmode. Im not sure how to fix this but if anyone can give me advice on the issue it would be greatly appreciated.

Its only intended to place one of those files in at a time. Each of them are a different flavor of the mod but the only lines edited in them are under the physique section in SimData files and Tuning files.
