Hi, I'm planning to create mod, which will change woodcrafting station - now, if you want ti create something, you first should buy and place piece of wood in your station. So I need to remove original interaction and add my own. And I really don't know, is it possible to remove interactions from existing original object.

If you're already overriding the object tuning then you should just adjust the original interaction instead of removing it. But either way, search for the current interaction at the bottom of the object tuning and remove it. Will be under a list called "_super_affordances".
