Between the wrist and elbow, there's a "forearm twist" bone. It seems to make the rotation of the wrist more natural rather than twisted as I usually do. But why sims4studio hide the bone? Is there any particular reason?

If it is anything like the one present in the TS2 skeleton - the moment you touch it without having it properly contained by a rig that constrains it in every direction but the exact rotation you want it to move (and this rotation needs to be constrained so that it doesn't move even if the rig does), it makes the arms look horribly broken.
But if you can rig it up with rotation constraints so it only rotates the hand/wrist/underarm in the one direction it's able to move (you have the hand motion for the rest), it can give a much better rotation than the hand/wrist alone.

I see, it's not too hard to make the constraint. I can just use transformation constraint.
